30 Day Clean Eating Challenge – Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli

This was delish!! It was easy to make and it hit the spot!

Here‘s what you need:

4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

4 cups broccoli florets, steamed

1 T olive oil or avocado oil

For the Teriyaki sauce:

1/4 cup lower sodium soy sauce

3 T honey

1 T sesame oil

2 t corn starch

1 t minced garlic

1 t minced ginger

Optional: sesame seeds to garnish

Cauliflower rice or brown rice to serve

Mix all ingredients for the teriyaki sauce. Set this aside. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown the chicken until it is cooked through. Stir in the sauce. Add the steamed broccoli. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice. Enjoy!
