A Conversation with my Heavenly Father

Heavenly Father,
The situation down here is really tough,
with so much pain and suffering,
I look to you for hope and peace.

Dear daughter,
Fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed,
for I am your God;
I will strengthen you,
I will help you, I will uphold you
with my righteous right hand.
Be strong and courageous.

Heavenly Father,
Let me find solace in your love,
let me find righteousness and justice
in your presence.

Dear daughter,
Cast all your anxieties on me,
because I care for you.
Do not be anxious about anything,
but in everything by prayer
and supplication with thanksgiving
let your requests
be made known to me.

Heavenly Father,
As I walk through the hills and the valleys
You are my strength and my song,
You are my salvation.

Dear daughter,
May my Word strengthen you
each and every day of your life.
Abide in me, and I in you.
I am the vine; you are the branches.
Whoever abides in me and I in him,
he it is that bears much fruit,
for apart from me you can do nothing.
