We as humans always tend to complicate things. We let our thinking get in the way and often we miss a blessing. I have been there. I too have thought something only to be shown by God that I was overthinking. We have all the answers we need to life and its inevitable issues, but we think we can solve them some other way.
We all to often get caught up in the complex organizing, scheduling, and planning how to reach people that we forget the most spoken words of Jesus. Three simple words that are spoke through God’s word often evade us because we get stuck looking at where a person is rather than who God says they are. Those two words are “Love One Another”. How many times have we read that we need to love others? I haven’t counted them, but I am pretty sure it is above 5. This is one of the most spoke commands in the Bible, yet we as Christians sometimes fail to see past the sin.
LadyBug, we have all stopped short of showing love to one another. Sometimes it is because we don’t agree with another’s lifestyle. And sometimes, it is because they don’t sit in the same church as us. Either way, we are falling short of loving one another like God asks of us. Right now, more than ever, God’s children, ALL of them, need to know the love of God. It is up to us, EACH of us, to show that love to everyone. Whether lost or saved, we all need to see, hear, and know the Love of God.
