This nine minute blackened Salmon is nine kinds of awesome! So easy and so good! You’ll lIke the simplicity of this recipe and you will love the taste! This is a great meal prep recipe too, because it’s so easy to do several fillets of salmon at once! Enjoy!
Here’s what you need: (4 servings)
4 wild caught salmon fillets
olive oil spray
Salt to taste
1 t ground cumin
1 t smoked paprika
1/4 to 1/2 t cayenne
1/4 t black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Spray each with some olive oil spray. Salt each one lightly, to taste. Mix the paprika, cumin, black pepper, and cayenne. Sprinkle this mixture on each piece of salmon. Bake for 7 minutes at 425. Then broil for 2 minutes. The salmon should flake easily with a fork. There you have it! Delish!
