A Willing Vessel

Break me,
Break me open,
Break me open until there is nothing of me left.

Pour,
Pour me,
Pour me out until there is nothing left of me.

Wash,
Wash me,
Wash me and clean me until there is nothing left of me.

Anoint,
Anoint me,
Anoint me and remove me until there is nothing left of me.

Break me,
Pour me,
Wash me,
Anoint me,

Do whatever is needed until there is nothing left of me.

Take me away from it.
Take my humanness away from it.
Take me away and put You in it.
I need to be a willing vessel

Brick by brick,
Board by board,
Nail by nail,
Wall by wall,
All of it, fill it up with Your glory!

This house was built on trust.
This house was built out of faith.
This heart has taken a beating.
All of me, remove it!

Pour me out until there is nothing left of me!

Remove the pain,
Remove the hurt,
Remove the suffering,
Remove the frustration,
Remove it all and fill it up with You!

Do whatever it takes to make me a willing vessel for You!
