Bonnie Belden-Doney Bio

Bonnie Belden-Doney is an accomplished artist as a watercolorist. Her art and books can be found at www.bonniebelden-doney.com She loves to tell life stories in her paintings as well as in her books. There are many times when we are drawn into a painting, where upon it challenges and even perhaps, changes the depths of our souls. We ask ourselves why we are moved and yet, the stirring deep inside has no words. But, for a reason that is unknown, you feel a deep emotional connection. It’s a magnetic phenomenon. The brevity of the moment seems to escape our memories as we walk away, but perhaps, as we continue on our path, a different view of life itself has settled in our hearts to change our perspective. May your perception of how you view living be enhanced as you take this journey through her writing and her paintings. 

Bonnie Belden-Doney’s journey with the Lord has brought her to a place of living life in the Secret place with the Lord. The rough roads have at times been insurmountable had it not been for the Lord who reached down and pulled her out of the pit of despair. By the time she was 60 she had lived in 57 different homes and had been homeless on 3 occasions. Yet she found that through all of life’s issues the Lord was beside her. Calling her into the secret quiet place with Him. 

Her journal “Safe & Secure” is a result of finding Him in the Secret Dwelling Place. She created the journal “Safe & Secure” that takes you on a journey through Psalm 91, Psalm 23 and Psalm 27. This journal will invoke one to discover the place of safety and the personal relationship with the Lord. Recently she completed her second book “Grace, Love Without Measure” that will take you on a journey into the heart and emotions of God the Father.
