I AM Confident
Jeremiah 17:7 – But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord.
Hello friends!
Today we are talking about confidence. I want to tell you about a well-known story called, “The Tortoise and the Hare.” In this story it talks about having confidence to finish the race. As we all know, the hare, wanted to challenge the tortoise to a race, because he knew he could beat him. He wanted to embarrass him in front of all their friends in the forest.
Even though the tortoise was not very fast, he had confidence he would win and he agreed to the challenge. You see sometimes , we may not feel as if we are smart enough to pass the test, or we are not a good fit for the team. You may not feel as if you are tall enough or smart enough or fast enough to “race” with others. But if you have a plan, perseverance, discipline and CONFIDENCE, you can achieve anything,
We all know the outcome of the story. As the race began, the hare took-off, leaving the tortoise in the dust. The tortoise kept going, even though he was far behind. His confidence kept him going. Well, the hare got so far ahead that he decided to take a nap because he knew he was going to win. He slept a little too long, and the tortoise passed him and won.
Having Confidence in the Lord will give you strength, and ability to do anything you want to do, and as you continue to trust Him, He will give you your heart’s desire,
Stay Confident
