Love Your Neighbor Challenge — Day 20
Love saves the world.
We know that love literally saved the world when Jesus died on the cross. His death purchased the salvation from sin that all people need.
God is still saving the world today. The death Jesus died is still the power needed by a lost world. He is the hope that we need today.
In a divisive world, the light and love of God are our only desperate hope. I know there’s a tendency for loving people to see the bickering and disagreements and want to step away from it all. But we have what this world needs. And in an environment where insults are being hurled, a kind word stands in stark contrast.
It’s dark, people. Let’s shine our light.
It’s not too late to join our month-long Love Your Neighbor Challenge! This has the power to change your world.
